Need a little help from our most experienced please.
Below I am going to post pictures of what is supposed be a genuine Cree Q5 the other just arrived today. There is a slight (very slight) tint difference. But I defer to the wisdom of the more experienced.
This one should be genuine...
This is one of 5 that arrived today, 5 more on the way.
Thanks for any help?

Tint is not a good indicator of genuineness. Also,“Q5” is not actually a model name for any Cree product.
Based on the pictures alone, I would say neither are Cree, but they are obviously close enough to make you wonder, so they should be perfectly usable.

What would be the model for that element?

It appears to be a clone of the Cree XP-E.
Q5 was/is an indicator of a “bin” of XP-E, but
1. Cloners just started labeling things “Q5” or “T6” to trick buyers and
2. Even a genuine Cree XP-E Q5 is quite outdated, the clones may have reached or even surpassed its performance.
