It is running for a looking time and so all have had and still have the opportunity to ask for as many as they like, 8 is the most for one BLFer
I think a bump to that from a couple is no problem, supplying a whole army is another matter, better done in other ways then BLF

Sad to say I want to remove 2 pieces from my order of 4. Reason is that my friends now already bought some big flashlights and I dont need 4 Q8 for myself.

Can you change my interest from 4 to 2 pieces. Sad but I already have alot of flashlight.

Gentlemen, I think I am getting dumped on for no real reason.

I simply asked a simple question that came from a conversation a friend / colleague and I had a couple of days ago.

There was/is a slight possibility of a large number of lights going to an agency. The key words are slight & possibility.

Much would have to be worked out.

But were it to get worked out I was simply trying to ascertain if an order for a large number of lights (300 - 350) were possible to be added.

Forgive me if that was asked in a manner that upset some,. PB Wilson said he needed a number & a few others had suggestions also.

I really do not know what else to say & at this point probably would not even say it if I did.

I also fail to see how the three posts below were marked RUDE. 1 vote for each post. The word vendetta does come to mind however…………

Thank you. I am not concerned about the procedure at all. Nor am I concerned about the after group buy price or how many they are going to make. I was simply verifying that No Limit, for the ‘Group Buy’ was what it implies. Should it turn out I order a substantial quantity at the last minute , I just did not want there to be any surprises on either end. Not sure what the “Sigh” is about Thank you for the reply to #2.

I have no earthly idea what you are talking about. I was not asked any information and was given an answer to the simple questions I asked. They were not trick questions either… they were straight forward, as were the answers supplied. Maybe you need to look again???

There is another teacher post since I started writing this post. He has explained motivation for his previous post. Which should have been in the post. I will let this post stand.

You really seem to be living in some other reality. You just will not understand why some of the members (specifically me) are finding your presence and behavior quite annoying. Minimal contribution; constant arguing about everything and defending your less than useful statements. Getting snarky with anyone “challenging” your content. Posting why others are not understanding you; there are reasons.

The last issue your have created (for a fresh example) is what if I want a zillion Q8s, but will not disclose any rational number or reason to the people running this GB, or providing any (simple) explanation of why you find this less than helpful approach should be accepted with a “you can buy an infinite number”, shipped anywhere, and in rainbow colors (well maybe that is an exaggeration).

My immediate response to your second oldest dialog is that you are thinking about gaming the system. This is entirely my conclusion; and you may have no such goals. But in my mind, it fits what you are obstinately doing.

Huge quantities:

1 - Buying and reselling just below the eventual retail price - a for-profit profile.

2 - Buying for some organization (that may, in your opinion, deserve a price break)), but they are not in the list of supporters, have not read the thousands of posts, have contributed nothing, and you want to help - a nice gesture profile, but a decision I would judge as above your pay grade. This is now addressed in a teacher post - but my view on his doing what he wants remains. Above his pay grade to buy for a group. Subsequent post from TM properly points teacher to the proper approach.

3 - Doing a Johnny Appleseed thing, and going around the world dropping Q8 as seeds here and there so people will be able to eventually raise their own Q8s - an odd profile in many minds.

4 - You have some incredible number of people you want to gift or have them buy through you for some reason - extreme personal profile.

There may be more perfectly reasonable interpretations. These are mine alone.

I suggest you review you behavior and adjust to interactions more acceptable to other members.

To the other thread members; my opinions only. Whip me, beat me if you feel the need. I am just fed up with it. And yes, I am buying Q8s.

Nobody wants to hear your long and drawn out thoughts on Teacher. Or me for that matter.
