Qlite driver question

Hi,

I am doing a flashlight build for a friend of mine who wants single mode only. Is there any way to “short” the Qlite 7135 driver to get a regulated single mode? Direct drive is no good.

Thanks!

Only by disabling the MCU, at which point it's no longer a Qlite.

See here: http://intl-outdoor.com/amc71358-1mode-circuit-board-nanjg-105c-p-643.html

The '000' resistor is being used as a jumper to connect MCU pin 8 to pin 6. This just applies battery voltage straight to the 7135's control pin whenever the switch is on. You of course also lose any battery low voltage protection when you lose the MCU.

Qlite flashed with Star firmware, request 1 mode.

A DrJones driver can be programmed as a single mode driver, or two groups
One with a single High, and 2nd group with other modes.

I believe that qlite driver is a Nangj 105c driver with 380mA 7135 instead of 350mA and with specific firmware (that bring fast PWM).
The easiest way is to get a driver without the attiny13a but they exist only on 2.8A version (difference in output with 3.04A driver in IMHO not visible).
