“nano material” literally just means aluminum alloy mixed with some other molecules which are on the nanometer-size scale.
It is literally just aluminum alloy, possibly better than just plain aluminum but definitely worse than copper.
That’s also why the copper boards are more expensive than this “nano-material” clickbait.

There are carbon based materials that conduct heat better than copper while not conducting electricity.
IF that’s what they use for the so called nano boards, it should work better than normal alu boards.
But i assume they would cost more than they do now IF that’s what it is.
Who could test this?
I think anyone with a multimeter and a lux meter could compare it with DTP boards.

Looking for another host.
