I had them on my convoy s2+ running a triple xpl hi with lighted tailcap (also from banggood)
Upon first time turning on and changing group modes I noticed that it doesn’t proceed to group 7,8, and 9 which is
7. 140, 1300, strobe(police modes)
8. bike flasher, battcheck, 8, 140, 1300 (biking modes)
9. 4, 36, 140, 500, 1300 (like group 5 but lower)
wasn’t too bugged about it but I had a proper setup for simple attiny13 flashing and I’ve been doing biscotti a while now.
If there’s a way I could fix by flashing bistro again I would like to know how. (like change in pins? fuses? etc)

When its hot it will have problems switching modes. No way to fix it? Or is it because I’m running a triple without modding the driver?
I installed my driver via solder and not with a retainer ring because I don’t have it. I’m just worried it is due to the heat that messed up the driver or some sort.
Is it the one with Attiny25?
Will check mine tomorrow, had some uncertainties with the modes as well, might be the same modes as you describe.
For the rest, very nice driver though. I love the fact you can toggle forwards or reverse :sunglasses:
Just checked my c8 with the same driver, it works exactly according the bistro UI.
Remember that the listing according this bg image might make you think it is not working properly, since it is listed 9 modes, while i only count 8 on my UI.

There is another version of Bistro
It is the one that was mounted on the KRONOS and early batches of Astrolux S2/S3/SC/SS, I do not know if it still comes in the current versions
