It looks like imalent is aware of this issue and decided to superglue the inside of the handle. I removed the screws to clean the threads to find they attempted to glue it together
A bit low rent on the handle. Mine didn’t come loose but my LUMINTOP GT110 did all the time
I wouldnt have been so upset if it wasnt superglued with the bolts being loose. When i tightened it down it was cocked because the superglue was not letting it seat properly. Maybe have a design where it doesnt need to be glued in on a $700 dollar light?
Plus they used #2 bolts. That is kind of small to hold a 6.6lb flashlight. I also wouldnt have been so mad if the imalents manager wouldnt have said they were going to look at my light personally.
It almosy made me want to tap new threads in the light. At least a #3.
I could literally see the connections on the bottom of the handle when i picked up the light originally
