The condition of the products is very good but the shipping is so slow!
In my experience they are the fastest shipping dealer in HK/China.
Usually ship in under 24 hours. And somehow their envelopes arrive in about a week (they ship through Singapore lately).
My package took 32 days from BiC. Avarage is 14 days. Go figure... No other complaints.
For me , it only took 23 days. Not very fast but everything arrived good.
I noticed the Trustfire R5-A3 is a very god price there. With the 15% discount, I am very tempted to give them a shot.
I have bought a lot of products from these guys. Great Ebay store. No problems whatsover with them.

Ordered a pair of 18650 TF flames from their ebay shop on October 20th.
Already received today (Oct. 31st).
BIC continues to impress me. Ordered a couple of flashlights 10/29, dispatched 10/30, delivered to my door 11/08. Shipped out of HK - no Singpost, no EMS, no Sir. 
The only thing that is keeping me from spending more money there is the fact that they simply don't have a lot of stuff I want and what they do have is often a bit more expensive than it should be. Still, BIC seems like a very good option if you're in a hurry.
My last 2 orders from them were shipped out in 24 hours. Not bad.
I have ordered 2 orders from BIC. 1 from Ebay and one directly from their store. The Ebay order was 2 items and the store order was several items. Both orders were shipped the next day and arrived in good time (2 and a bit weeks, this is good for Australia). Not a problem with either orders and prices are good too. Only one downside for me and that's the lack of selection of flashlights. Recommended if you can find something you want from there.
My buyincoins RSS feed no longer updates, annoying having to check new items all the time
They have a "site is upgrading" notice for some time now (two weeks maybe, maybe more), maybe it's because of this that the updates have stopped.
Their site is a little broken lately, some pages don't load (mainly account, shopping cart and forums), and the last order I made was not recorded in the system (I got a 503 service unavailable immediately after completing the payment through PayPal), so they refunded me and I made the order again (not without problems, but at least it was recorded this time). And there are several forum posts of other users having similar problems.
Maybe we should let them finish their upgrade before making any more orders. 
But then again, they usually have some notice at the head of the site, saying "we're upgrading" or "we're under attack because of our low prices" or something similar, and most times orders are made without any problems.

Perhaps what they meant is all their staff went for CNY break? (Admitedly 15th January seems a bit early.) Or perhaps the person hosting their webserver on their home laptop took it back to their hometown :-P Then again even if they use commercial hosting, given how buggy their website is, I'm giessing it probably wouldn't take much to take it down so if there was no one to take care of it I guess they're screwed.
That's who I buy my Trustfire flame batteries from. All have been excellent so far.
Yeah, their site is crap.
The only reason I still buy from the site and not from their eBay stores is because it's a little cheaper on the site. And because it's easier to search.
And most of the time it's working okay. I guess they'll fix the problems till the end of this week (they fixed some of the problems yesterday and today), so I can spend some more money with them. :)
I had good experience with BIC, globally prices are a bit lower of others like DD DX etc, but the flashlight section is not brilliant at all
the site is crap and slow should improve...
About the trustfire flame 2400 you can take them from DD, at just 8,7$ and if you buy 6(or 50$ of goods) at 7$ with the coupon DDVALENTINE, all past fakes has been refund(most with gift card) giving you a free fake pair
if u will pay 10$ better add other 2/3$ taking flames 3000 from mf
their web server crashes whenever you choose a link right now. Not a great advertisement I fear.
