I've just made a small order on BIC's site, went almost smoothly (which means everything got registered on PayPal and BIC, but it took forever to complete), but I don't recommend doing this as the transaction might get stuck half way (as I described happened to me before in a previous post here). Wait a couple more days, I'm sure they'll fix their site (until the next crash at least...).
Looks like they're back in business now, everything's smooth with the site (except sometimes prices are not the same when viewing from search/product page/shopping cart. You just have to add to the shopping cart to see the final price).
Oh, and I see that their always available coupon is not mentioned in this thread, so use 2%dropper for 2% discount if you don't want to create a new account for each order (2% is not much, but their prices are already low, so that's just an added bonus).
The page is a mess. I had a few orders from them also from their ebay store and i always got everything in prefect conditions. It's a "meh" store but occasionally you find a good deal or something unique there.
Yeah, their page is a mess and since beginning of CNY has been terribly unreliable, they say that their site has been under attack, yeah, rright :D!
Their online shop prices appear to be cheaper on many items than their ebay store prices+you can use coupon code+get so called "quantity" rebate, the more you buy from them, the more you get off your price, which is IMO neat thing, I think overall one saves some pennies going BIC route instead of Sinedya on Ebay.
Im gonna order some AA battery compartments from them to try to replace 3xAAA battery pack on my incoming headlamp with 3xAA one, maybe will throw a headlamp or two into cart as well and something else I guess, I already have my shopping cart partly filled so need to pull the trigger when my money-conscious part of my brain turns away :D

I ordered a pair of 14500 cells and a charger for a friend from there one day last week and that evening received a notice that the order had been shipped. I've always had great service from them and have never hesitated to buy from them when they have something I'm interested in.

Never managed to get advertised up to 15% when using recommender's name, that simply never works and all I got was code error.
Today I got a pair of Trustfire 14500 cells and an inexpensive charger for them form BIC. Purchased on 2/6, shipped on 2/7, and arrived today exactly 2 weeks later. I've always had great experience with BIC.

Now that I see this thread... I got than email from BIC that I can't make much sense of. I think what they are saying is that you can either use a "recommender", which is an affiliate thing and used to get you 5% off or a coupon, but not both.
The maximum discount is supposed to be 5%, except when they're running promotions like 8% off any $100+ order. Doesn't matter much to me personally, since I don't buy any expensive stuff from them but maybe somebody else here does.
There was one 2011 ebay 10% coupon floating around, not sure when it expires tho, can be used only once per buyer.
I was looking for some 3D glasses after cancelling an order for them at DX that never shipped. Buy in Coins had them for a lot better price, so I got a couple of other things too. When I checked out they gave me a discount for getting multiple things. So that was nice. That was Friday night. Today, Sunday, I got an email saying my order had shipped. I was surprised they were even working. Impressive so far.
BIC has been surprisingly fast for me. I ordered many many small items, e.g cheap 14500/10440, magnets etc, almost 20 items, and they managed to ship it within 3 days. Actually, 2 days for all but one, split shipment for the last item (not in stock so ship from different warehouse).

I actually expected them to take a month or so to process, given my experience with a certain DealExtreme, WHO HAS NOT EVEN PROCESSED my cheapo card reader since 21 Jan (2+ months already, not even processed!!! Dam it DX. When will it get AVOID rating? Or at least CAUTION or something).
Anyhow, back to BIC, I'd certainly recommend it. The price is mostly cheaper than others, PLUS good stock availability, PLUS good shipment time... and right now have 10c off every additional item ordered (which adds up!).
Make sure you use a recommender the first time. Just pick any from google. Now BIC only allow EITHER recommender OR coupon, not both. For coupons, if you really don't have working ones, just use 2%dropper, not much, but seem to work all the time.

They got completely wrong.
But since what they shipped worked for me (after trivial mods - like removing bits I didn't want) and cost significantly more (like double) than what I ordered, I'm prepared to forgive them. And was at least close to what I'd ordered. As in could do the same job as the stuff I actually paid for.
Their shipping speed is pretty fast. I got several battery charger from them and I'm pretty happy about those.

Hi, just received 9 torches from bic and due to poor packaging - the torches were wrapped all together with buble bag with result all of them have scratches
!
