Im sure they will resolve your issue zeremefico ;)

Ive received 2 orders from them around month ago, everythings perfect so far, dont know about serial-to-usb printer cable since computer Im using it on doesnt have proper drivers installed so all it prints out is random gibberish in the first row and the rest of the page is blank, been lazy to look into correct HP printer drivers.

Ordered bunch of cheapy sub 2$ headlamps for family kids to play with this summer, will be fun :) Also some bicycle lamp holders and velcro wire organizers, Im sure they will all arrive intact and in rather timely manner.
So far BIC have been predictable=good!

Unfortunately, BIC ansewred today saying that I have to send them back the damaged torches in order to refund me, paying myself the postage cost, which is HUGE grom Greece to China. Any advices for this? Can I make a dispute in Paypal?

Tell BIC that shipping costs are going to be higher than the flashlights themselves.

If youre OK with scratched flashlights, then ask for partial refund.

If you dont want scratched flashlights, then open up dispute with PayPal if its been less than 45 days from the day you paid to BIC.

+1

Thanks, I will give a try, really dissappointed with their response.

BIC responded giving me a part refund of 13 bucks for the damaged flashlights. Should I take them or fight to the end opening a dispute in Paypal.

I have had a few orders in the past with no problems but have to give them only 1 star because of my most recent order.

Out of 6 batteries only one worked the rest were DOA

How many flashlights did you buy, how many of them were damaged and what was the cost per flashlight?

And whom did you buy so many flashlights for, friends, family, as gifts or for yourself to play with?

I bought 9 flashlights, all of them have scratches but 5 are badly scratched. This was a group buy for me and my colleagues and a pain in my @ss.

I have made a lot of orders from them with no problem but their reaction in this, is really annoying!

Why did they stop using bubble bag and retail box???

Then Id say go for full refund, if they want you to ship them back, then demand them to pay return shipping, no compromise.

I had one case not that long ago with hoursbuying/discoverybargain etc, they frequently change their name.
I ordered 4 SRM knives, it took them around a month to ship(it was during CNY) and only 2 of them were shipped, two others turned out to be out of stock. One of the knives wasnt the model I thought I was ordering, I opened up case with PayPal and within a week of back and forth messages PayPal decided in my favor, I got 3/4 refund for 2 unshipped and 1 wrong item, so I paid for only 1 knife.

I understand your situation and would personally go PayPal route, fill out everything as detailed as possible, provide pictures, tell them how BIC are trying to avoid poor QC and put all financial and moral pressure on you.
Be polite, be firm, demand what you deserve=quality service and produkts or your money back.

In this case it looks like full or at least 2/3 refund should be issued.

We all are used to cheap prices and good quality, so I understand how one feels when gets subpar quality and CS.

With batteris and torches ive broguht from bic, ive always had to settle for a part refund due to it would cost to much to ship back, so i just will not buy from them and if any one puts the batteries on a hobby charger i bet they will under perform like mine.

I love BIC and all, great price, selection, ship time and customer service.

But I would never buy their rechargable batteries. Really cheap, but even then, totally not worth it. Here are some of my measurements (1A discharge):

Blue UF 18650 (2400mAh): 2 - 51 mAh (THAT'S RIGHT. TWO mAh)

Blue TF 14500 (900mAh): 270 - 350 mAh

Blue TF 10440 (600mAh): 170 - 180mAh

Really bad batteries. You can get partial refund but better save time and headache and just buy some TF Flame from Manafont instead.

My brother bought a light & pair of 18650 batteries from them.

Batteries arrived in a couple of weeks. The light took almost 3 months to get. Have to give them some credit , about 4 days after purchase, he received a e-mail saying that the light was back ordered and they offered a full refund. He chose to wait for the light. He'll tell you , " it was worth the wait".

RSS feed is great so I don't need to keep checking the new arrivals off the site, I just wish they would only preview the products (like how DX does it) otherwise I have to view it in list mode with G reader. Thanks

Is there any buyingcoins discount coupons?

3 days ago I use XMASTCRAZYEN
I don’t know, if it works anymore.

This coupon has expired

What was the discount?

Get 5% off next order:

DISCOUNTER

It was a 10% discount (I bought only a few cheap things like battery boxes, 2032 batteries (useful for motherboards and some small remote controlls).

I wish their coupons could be used multiple times and not just once per user account.
Dont feel like registering duplicate accounts to get discounts on more than one order, but might do so when some sweet 10% coupons pop up again.

So far they have shipped out promtly, after order dispatch it takes roughly 2 weeks, perhaps day or three more, to get to my place, which is speedy compared to other Chinese vendors.

Ive bought from them previously, only once had problems with cheapo ~1$ headlamps, asked for partial refund, they refunded.
