That's normal because New York is overseas to Hong Kong/China. Check at usps.com to get a better idea of the package location is once it is in the US.

Still waiting for my order. I ordered from Manafont and Int'l Outdoor the same day and I got my MF order last week. Im @ 27days and counting.... Is this standard?
maybe i update my signature with shipping dates to remind us that many of us are in the same situation:

IOS seems to be a little inconsistent on ship times. I've had 2 orders arrive in 3 weeks or less, but last one took 46 days. Hank is very good on service, however if you have any issues. I sent him a message about my EOSLAMP SP11 - asked him to note on the item description that AAA battery goes in reverse direction (Negative end towards emitter), he updated the site within 12 hours.
Ship times with all vendors seem to be a lottery and out of their control sometimes. I've had stuff from CNQG arrive in as little as 6 days and up to 17. Manafont in as little as 12 days, but 3 weeks is the norm. Any longer than that and it is frustrating.

I e-mail Hank to see if they have something I could not find sometimes they do and I order. If not I go else-where.

That is exactly how long it took for my first and second order too... what a coincidence. Notice that this is after the shipping notice and not the transaction.
I'm waiting for my first order for 38 days. Hank is aware of it and I've let him know we are pretty close to 45 days PP limit. Let see what happens first ....

I ordered from intl-outdoor, hobbyking, and DX on the same day. Stuff from HobbyKing arrived today (a little over one week)! Very Impressed!

IMHO.. Another company that deserves the recommended rating. My order was far from large or a big dollar value. 4x C8 gitd o-rings and 4x blue tailcaps.
Order acknowledgment , shipping notification , and fast delivery. And the products as described. Not sure you could reasonably ask for more.

Today my order arrived in ok condition after a total of 26 days (20 days actual shipping time + 5 days until the order was sent). The Xintd C8 V2 is pretty nice, but instead of 4x protected 18650 i got 4x unprotected 18650. A XM-L LED i also ordered has some dust on the dome, but i dont think it disturbs its function in a visible way.
I received used KK battery. Probably used just once or twice for test(there is mark on + side) and it has little lower voltage then others(3,70V, other KK 3,76-3,77V).
glad to read this thread and see they are recommended. i ordered a glass lens and glow oring for my C8 without looking into the site too much lol.

For those who ordered without already having an account with them, did you ever get any kind of order confirmation or tracking info? I've received neither and they also aren't responding to my messages. I placed my order over a week ago.
UPDATE: I did eventually get a reply to my inquiry (went to junk folder). Also sent was an email including account information, which would be used to check order status. I didn't realize it automatically set up a permanent account. Anyway, everything is cool and the product shipped quickly (I think). Thanks Hank

Maybe they check the quality? This small mark wouldn't be important for me. I would prefer a a good quality product which is checked by the seller more as a brandnew, which do not work perfect.
