This was second order from hong kong. Both, too just over 4 weeks.
Looks like my alibaba china order is going to be 5 weeks.
So, when intl-door.com light took 4 weeks, I wasn’t worried. I didn’t realize I could pay $2 for tracking. The tracking I see with alibaba is merely no info, until it hit the USA, nothing in China.
Hank at intl-door.com is great. Answered emails. Took suggestions, and made a better light from them. Shipped quickly. Asked me the color first, allowed me to change my order too. This all blew me away.
Priced reasonably to boot. I can afford more lights.
I always get my torches from Stanley of HKe. This guy seems to have plenty of customers already sometimes he replies to my email so late! I might as well try another ‘Recommended’ supplier in Int’loutdoor c/o Hank. Ordered a Shadow JM26 and a Kingkong 26650.
Just ordered a JM26 from Hank, reasonable prices on alot of things that are quite hard to find. Yet to receive the items however they were shipped promptly.
They seem to be adding some very nice bits and pieces lately: XP-G2 neutrals, colour XPEs (in a good bin they have proven to be hard to get below $5 each) XML U3s, 20mm AMC7135 boards, 16mm boards etc… I am sure I will have to put another order in soon. Thanks Hank!
I have made few orders from Hank. All have been shipped fast and arrived very fast ( within 2 weeks ).
Customer support is also great and Hank replies very fast!

Purchased my XinTD C8 V3 + 2 protected int-outdoor 3400mAh batteries shipped to my forwarding company in Shanghai. Took the items 1 day to arrive =)
My forwarding company refused to ship the batteries had to send them back to Hank. As soon as he received them he issued a refund!

What qualifies as slow shipping? The items I ordered on 10/27 were listed as shipped on 10/30 but have not as yet arrived. Not a big deal as I don’t expect next day delivery for items shipped from china(by comparison ups ground is usually ~9 days from the east coast) but definitely not fast.
I ordered 4 18650 3400mah and a few eneloops from them and I’m satisfied with the delivery time (around 2 weeks I think) to Sweden. I’m happy with the products as well.
I have now made a similar order and I hope it will be a satisfying experience.
The (panasonic) 3400mah 18650 is expensive, but locally I have to pay more than twice that for the Ultrafire 3000mah, and you all know how good they are…
So far, Intl-Outdoors is my favorite seller - more attentive to customers (and I perceive more honest) than any other I’ve dealt with.
Their product line is above average, they ship promptly and they communicate well. Definitely my first choice when I want something.
By comparison, I have placed an order with another seller (who prominently advertises here) on Oct. 19. It is now Nov. 17. My order still shows as “pending”, and my inquisitive e-mails are bouncing.
To top it off, they invoiced me showing a total sum and indicating freight as “$0.00”….which I immediately paid. The next day they e-mailed me saying I owed them for freight that amounted to 50% of the value of the goods. Being somewhat over a barrel at that point, I submitted the additional amount. Now I get a month of silence.
I got concerned over a recent order which after 2 weeks was still only showing "Acceptance" status. I emailed Hank to look into it. Hank replied (very quickly) sometimes items arrive to the destination without any tracking updates. A few days later I received my items. No problem with Hank, but apparently a problem with HK Post not updating tracking.

Pretty quick once item is shipped. I’ve had orders shipped anywhere from 1-3 weeks after payment. Response via email is usually very fast (few days at the latest) and they answer your questions clearly too.
I placed 3 orders last month and they were all shipped within a day or two. When I placed my 4th order just now, I had some questions on product selection. I really liked his explanations and help with product choice. I appreciated that he didn’t just steer me to the more expensive choices, but helped me pick a cost effective option, more appropriate for my needs.
But here is what I appreciated the most. While placing my last order, I mentioned to him that the standard mount that came with my past bike light (Shadow BL21) purchase wasn’t very durable when constantly removed and reattached. He volunteered to send me a different, more durable mount free of cost. And, he added a note to the BL21 product page to warn buyers about this issue.
