I’m trying to track down a reasonably priced 2.7-8.4v xm-l driver to use in a p60 (17mm). Ideally, if it exists I’d prefer it to be controlled by a attiny13 so that I could load Dr. Jones’ firmwares on it. I want to be able to use either one 18650 or 18350 or one or two ®cr123a batteries in a solarforce l2m. I’ve seen lights that will take a 18650 or two 123s, but usually they can’t take the extra voltage of two rechargeable lithium cells.
I’ve searched the great list here and haven’t found anything that would work and my search of BLF also came up dry.
I have this 3-18v dropin from fasttech, but I can’t get it to work with only one primary cr123. I’ve also considered a zener modded 105c, but based on my tests with 7135 based drivers, it won’t work on a single cr123.
