That are some incredible numbers!
Almost 3000 lumens ANSI(!!!) with a 18350 is pretty amazing.
And 5700lm with a 18650 (not even a really high drain 21700) is huge! I obviously don’t know many mm² that LES is, but even a SBT90.2 is really difficult to get over 5000lm in a flashlight, so 5700 is extremely impressive. (Although difficult to compare as long as we don’t know LES size of that unknown LED.)
All in all some really impressive numbers for such a small flashlight, even though it obviously isn’t an ideal host for so much power. 
How many lumens with high drain 21700 in turbo and high? And what about the CRI?
I’d love to see someone test that LED. Can be bought on Aliexpress.
No, that is a completely different LED.
Below you first see a screenshot of the LED you linked too and below that, you see a picture of the LED in the MC13 II SE, from Manker their own site.
The one from Aliexpress has dots in 3 of its 4 corners; the LED in the Manker doesn’t. The one from AE has + and - markings, the on in the Manker doesn’t. The LED in the MC13 II SE appears to have a metal border around it (like in the SFT-40 for example), the one from AE doesn’t.
So, I highly doubt it is the same LED.

Original MC13 - 760m, 144,000cd, 950lm
MC13 II - 600m, 90,000cd, 2000lm
The MC13 II is a downgrade from the original as a thrower.

What’s the difference in beam, regulation, and runtime between this one and the LE version with SBT90.2?
Purchased with 21700 tube.
Maybe I linked to the wrong LED there but around the time I was pretty sure I’d found a match on Aliexpress. I appreciate your efforts in trying to track down the correct LED.
Here’s a comparison with a screenshot from Darren Yeo’s review of the torch (on the right) to one I saw on AliExpress at the time:
It looks similar but that black surround is conspicuous. I ran an image google search on the LED seen in Yeo’s review and this looks like a closer match:
