My review of the KLARUS XT21X Pro, the brightest Single XHP70.2 light I’ve ever reviewed, Type-c charging/discharging, 336m beam, triple switch, tint shifts…
Have it, great light, Klarus is a sleeping giant.
I was surprised that there isn’t much talk of it. I had never heard of them before seeing that review last night on reddit but they seem to have a bunch of interesting lights available and that secondary tail button is a great idea.
I reviewed and really liked the XT11GT Pro V2 (18650 sst70 version). Up there with the Warrior 3S and Fenix TK16 V2. One of the better tactical use lights out there. Its a shame Klarus doesn’t get more attention.
This light is not new, but I have been using this Klarus and also Acebeam E75 at night alot lately. Copperhead snakes have been cropping up and I must check the yard before I let the dogs out to do their business before bedtime.
I have to say, I really like the Klarus. Good feel to it and bright hotspot with smooth, even transition of reasonably floody beam. Unique tail switch configuration and e-switch on tube. The E75 with 519a emitters definitely renders colors better and that helps since the snakes camo is so good, but the Klarus gives a “punch” to the middle of the FOV while still having reasonable “floodiness.”
My one and only Klarus. Would not pay MSRP of $100+, but at a good discount, a really well built, useful light.
Klarus is a sleeping giant of a company.
A Klarus G20L was my first decent flashlight. The relatively quick timed brightness step-down (way before it was even getting warm to touch) resulted in me selling it. It’s a pity manufacturers do this, especially when they claim to have a regulated temperature dependent power output.
