Here is my review of the recent Manker/SkyLumen collaboration, the MC13vn90:
I purchased this light from SkyLumen, though I believe it’s functionally the same as the one you can buy from Manker direct, with some minor changes.

Cool. I tested the aluminum 18650 version of this light. A little down from your output specs though, maybe due to the weaker battery (even though I used the P28A which is known for 25+ amps). It’s a special light!
