I’ll be doing a review on the EC4S in a few weeks. But I know how you’re feeling. Way back when when I got a 2000 lumenish skyray King I was a bit underwhelmed too. The jump to 1000 lumen to 2000 lumens is noticeable but it won’t blow you away. This light wows though and it’s a tiny package. Also, wait till you get a thrower over 250000cd… Those are pretty impressive too. But only if you have long distance objects to spot.
I will second that Mhanlen. I got the BLF A6 and then built a FET driven triple XP-G2 S42B. It was brighter, but not that “Egads, man, what have you done?” way the Meteor was the first time I hit turbo on it…
The Meteor is a Light Grenade… amazing for its size….
