Received this lens and it is junk.
anybody test the runtime with 2600 mAh or 3100 mAh protected cells?
I'm doing some information collection before make my mind for ordering :D
So this is NOT 2500 lumens, as stated?
From a single XM-L2? Not likely. Modded to 2s with a 6V led, yes.
It's probably in the 700-900 lumens range, but maybe even lower in the 500-600 range.
For some reason, these so called "stores" and resellers can get away with making the specs up. This is no different then the scams going on with the super G700 military flashlight hype goin on - pay me $50 after a 75% discount for an $8 light, sure... It's only getting worse as well.
The ZY-T08 light you buy today is probably made cheaper than the one you could buy for $25 3 years ago. Fake CREE LED's are rampant, and advertised stainless steel changes to aluminum, magically.
