Very nice review thanks. Re. “6 taps & then hold to enter Temp config mode”, perhaps you meant 7 taps & then hold, as per Anduril manual?

Do you have Vapcell H10 or K10 14500 and if so could you pls check Turbo output with these batteries? My Nealsgadgets 2026 FWAA repeatedly outputs 2500 lm on Turbo with H10/K10.

I just got mine today. I have to say I am liking it a great deal. I don’t have a way to measure it, but it is very bright for something it’s size.

I definitely think I will calibrate the temperature. I thought that the newer chips were pre-calibrated.

Re-calibrating and setting the max temp to 50C looks like the sweet spot. That 200 lumens for a long time looks like a winner. Plus it still doesn’t seem to get too hot to handle.

I tend to say it for efficiency, ‘tap 6 times & hold’. It’s clearer/quicker than putting 7H or Tap six times and then hold the 7th tap.

Both the FW1AA and FWAA were reading about 12C too high. Maybe a bit of an insurance policy by LUMINTOP.

Definitely. Mine reads 37°C when it’s supposed to be 21°C.

I like the light a lot for a couple reasons: tremendous output (albeit very short, I only use 2 click and hold for momentary turbo) and beautiful classic 519a “neutral” tint (still confirming Duv measurements).
