Just found this one on Aliexpress. Romisen IMHO is one of the better affordable brands, I have not had any problems with mine. Simple L/M/H UI, no disco.

Looks like a great setup and inexpensive. Dual 26650 would give it great run-time for biking. For me at least, it's a shame it's not sold in the US, yet.
