Yeah, Fasstech lowered their price as well, it was 12.99 before. Hopefully this means there was a new run of 763’s made. Best budget knife ever, in my opinion.
They are very good, not just for the price, they are a very good version of the Axis lock.
They are! Plus, I dont know why, but they stay sharper, longer than any other budget knife I have. And I have quite a few.

I have a GB-763 that I’m really fond of. I know it doesn’t compare to my better knives like the Spyderco models, but I sometimes carry it anyway.
I have never owned any expensive knives. However I went to Bass Pro the other day, and played around with a bunch of high dollar knives. The nicest ones I saw were the Benchmade Bone Collector series. They were not that nice though in my opinion. The blades were stiff to open, and the axis locks were very strong. but all three Benchmades I played with from their display case had side to side play in the blades. I did however like the Kershaw assisted flippers. If only I could find one with the bottle opener like the 763. I am a fan of the axis lock though, never trusted framelocks. However, the Kershaw Cryo and the Kershaw Packrat both apeal to me greatly.

Just received mine! Less than 2 weeks to delivery! Very nice, although I haven't had time to give it much use. Axis lock seems nicer than my Ganzo G704. Not too fond of the slippery aluminum scales either.

Got mine sometime last week so it was under two weeks for me. Already have the g10 version, wanted to try the aluminum one too. I was about to order it from FT but this was cheaper.
The finish on the aluminum is pretty nice. Blade was sharp right out of the box.
Mine came today. Axis action is smoother than my Ganzo G712 which also came today. I shaved arm hair with both knives too. Keepers for sure. For $9 it was a no-brainer.
I bought this knife on advice of Jack the clipper and a few others . When It came I wasn't crazy about it ..overall shape, feel, etc .. A year later it's absolutely my favorite knife . things rarely grow on me .Buthis one just gets better and better .
I love the size and how light weight it is .
I got one today. Thanks Blinders. Excellent fit & finish. I like the aluminum handle, much more comfortable than I expected.
