I am looking for some super high quality GU10s, 3000K, high CRI, wide beam, ~400-500 LM. I need 10 of them. Would ship to Malta.

Philips ExpertColor (expensive, but excellent)
Ledvance (they bought Osram) also makes cheaper but pretty good 3000K GU10, check the ones with 930 color code (930 means >90CRI, 3000K)
