Reserved.

Can you tell me where these LEDs are from and how old they are (Datecode)?

From which country did you ship?

I will be shipping from Singapore, the shipping fee is fixed.

The first 2 characters is O5 for my “LOT”, May 2024. Got them directly from Nichia.

Updated shipping fees.

I am interested in some Optisolis.

Can you tell me tint and duv for these? You should get some sort of report with these information from Nichia.

I don’t think Nichia provided that personally, but I measured them myself using my Colormunki Photo.

2700K

4000K

5000K

New read for 6500K, I suspected that there’s something wrong with the first read. Maybe I left it on the hotplate for too long, anyways I re-flowed a new one.

6500K

And possibly, you can assume the rest of the other CCTs also have slightly bad readings due to my masterful re-flow.

Your results seems pretty consistent with Nichia’s datasheet (not sure why they only list 1 spectrum for multiple CCTs). 2700K result corresponds to NF2L757GT-F1 spectrum, 5000K result corresponds to NF2W757GT-F1 spectrum.

Thanks for this, very helpful! For anyone else reading this, they correspond to a duv of:

2700K: -0.0007
4000K: -0.0012
5000K: 0.0008
6500K: 0.0046

And you can make triples with these: COPPER PCB 20MM TIPLE NICHIA OPTISOLIS

Or singles with these: Copper MCPCB for B35AM

Thanks @ilovelights5000 for the Optisolis emitters :+1:t2:

I have now completed my collection of high CRI LEDs (Optisolis, Sunlike, Thrive). Optisolis and Sunlike is surprisingly similar, I could barely tell the difference even with them side by side. To my eyes Thrive generally has higher duv/ is yellower, probably closer to sunlight.
