I was told that my Charger was shipped on October 16. Is this still within the normal time that it takes to ship to Minnesota USA?
It was the TR-001 all in one deal [2 batteries included]. Since I’ve never ordered from them before I would assume it probably is?

Yes. It's probably been in a US port sitting at customs for the last week.

It normally takes between 2 to 4 weeks if all goes well. Open a case with Paypal if it takes any longer.

NY ISC has held up my orders for a couple of weeks before.
One day to NYC then two weeks to the west coast.
I hope Sandy doesn’t make times worse.
DX has always come through for me after a lot of patience.

Last several orders from any China vendor site: The longest time in the whole shipping process has been ISC - NY. Anywhere from 7 - 14 days.

Up to 30 days is normal. More than that then I would file a claim with PP.
I would always request or pay for registered mail service (tracking number) from China or HK.

I’ve purchased countless items from DX, never had an item never show up. I just recently filed a claim with PP, item was supposedly shipped on 09/24…never received. PP refunded my purchase today. Item was purchased without tracking from eBay.

You are not aware about the recent problems with the China Customs?

Most of the packages were taken in the customs, opened by the customs, rejected to the senders (resent to the senders) and sent again by the senders.

There was a recent event at China which made China Customs more strict than never…

From 20 packages received from china during the last 2 months for me, 15 were opened and had the china customs / china post seals (stickers)

Most packages get opened by customs. It has always been that way. For the last two years or so most of my items have been examined prior to shipping out.

Only 1 of my recent packages has been opened (it was 1st package ever opened, and I have gotten at least 100+ packages from China)... and it was from DD.
