I’ve DQG Tiny 18650 with a switch I hate.
The beam I don’t like either, and that’s what this post is about.
It’s very easy to change the lens (no reflector in this light). When I remove the lens the flood is absolutely great.
To protect against rain I’m looking for a lens, that’s nothing more than a flat piece of plastic/glass.
Even better would be if it had a slight tint so I could change the cool white to something closer to 4000-5000k.

A recommendation for a shop that carries a good collection of lenses?

Minor but important definition difference here - you have a TIR optic in that light, not a lens per se.

Here’s a couple ali shops that might have something you want. I think the optic in that light was a little larger than normal if I remember right (I never owned one of these myself). Might have to dig through some old threads here to see what people came up with…or lots of caliper measurements. These are both good and trustworthy stores. Simon (Convoy) also has a good selection of optics…and Kaidomain has about the best selection of reflectors if you want to go that route.

Wouldn’t warm up the temp much and could change the tint a little but I think you’d probably be happier with an optic that will give you that softer or floody beam pattern, rather than a colored lens, but if there’s one that fits or you don’t mind wet grinding a little to make it fit, the lens would let you run it as a mule (optic removed) and should protect the emitter enough even if you have to change to a different o-ring. Not sure how much a colored lens would reduce lumens but it might be significant…and going mule instead of focused will make it seem a lot less bright, too.

There are some other good stores but what they have will probably overlap with what these offer. I’ve ordered and can vouch from all of these above.

EDIT: also, when you see optics in those white or black plastic bases, those are just holders and the clear optic can be snapped out of them for our uses.
