I will be in the US for 1 week for business reasons, from 17th to 21 November.
I have been trying to find here in Germany a really good glow in the dark tape, (can you recommend me one?) but it seems that the one from Techno Glow exceeds expectations and I will purchase some rolls there, to get free shipping.
How much time does standard shipping takes from their factory to Harriman, Tennessee? (To schedule properly the purchase).
Any other item that is really good in US and difficult/expensive to purchase in Europe that you can recommend me?

I’ve seen this tape regularly recommended MaraSpec Glow Tape Roll – CountyComm . USPS can be hit or miss, so for reliability sake you might be better off shipping via private courier if that is an option (UPS or FedEx). Most shipping is going to vary between a few days to a week to get an item to TN, extra variability is at play when the seller might delay shipping the parcel for however many days.
As for other American things, can’t help ya there. Liquor/wine? Gun accessories?

Keeping in mind the cost difference between UPS US Service, and UPS international service to Germany, I will not take any risks and I will ask to deliver to Germany.
Legal travel insurance in case you run into trouble with border patrol at the airport
I’m not travelling without legal + medical insurance in general, but considering the much stricter immigration policies and airport checks rn, imo it’s important.
You can’t go wrong with the American companies such as Cold Steel, SOG, Ontario/ESEE and plenty others that slipped my mind ATM. Benchmades and Spydercos are great too ofc, but, unless there is a sale in the US, You can find them for similar prices on sales in the EU (as in sale price in EU is similar to standard price in US).
Not sure about non-US brands due to the tariffs situation
The prices in Euro and Dollar are the similiar, but there is where I have some advantage, right now 1 Dollar is 0,87 Euro, so if I find a good offer, with free delivery, it could make sense. I was thinking about the Buck 119 special or the Ka-Bar USMC Straight Edge. Or some Gerber models… I am open to recommendations also.
Hit a Walmart while you’re here. Closest one to me has a great selection of Gerber, Buck, Civivi, Kershaw, SOG and a few more I am forgetting. Prices are just, okay, no super good deals but they aren’t over priced either.
