Sounds like the Hugsby XP-1 to a “T”, as long as you get genuine ones. Excellent light.
Also, another run of the BLF-348 is being done. It’s not XP-E, but should make a great gift none the less. Even has the option of a gift box with it.
Lastly, what George said. It’s $10, but appears to be a nice light as long as a twisty is ok.
