Was contacted by member Snow White to do a review. I declined to provide my email and shipping address as the user has no posts. It this a valid ThruNite representative?
EDIT: Turns out my concern was unwarranted. A veteran member has vouched for Snow White.
Snow White,
Welcome to the forum. If you post a small intro here, anyone that tries to check you out like I did will have a link to this thread in your post history. :)
I think not. If it was someone one with bad intentions, others would have been warned. As it stands, ThruNite just got some positive free advertising in this thread.
I'd rather look silly protecting others than cool protecting my ego.
We all love flashlights here, lol. Thrunite lights are one of the better quality lights in my opinion. I’ve got a TN4A, a TN4A HI, a TN12 (2016), an Archer 2A V3, a T10, and a T10T. I like the very low moon light modes that are found on most of your lights.
My first really good flashlight was the Arc AAA “Snow White” — what we now would call neutral white. 2004, I think it was.
It’s still working fine in regular use. Ah, memories. I use it as the basis for comparison for other “white” lights.
I'll also confirm that Snow White is a valid ThruNite representative. He has provided me an Archer 1A V3 via Amazon fulfillment and uses an email address with ThruNite's domain name. I'm putting together a review. I will say ahead of time that it is one sweet little powerhouse of a light.
I’ve worked with ThruNite through my YT channel for a few years.
I’ve always had a great experience reviewing their lights, and they are a company that has never once asked me to be anything less than 100% honest in my reviews. Which is a rarity nowadays. So many companies do shady stuff.
My Thrunite t10t gets alot of pocket time. One of my all time favorites
Having a problem with the mode switch on my Archer 1A V3. The light will change modes without pressing the switch and most of the time it goes to strobe. I think the switch PCB may have a bad solder connection somewhere?
I have sent an email to Thrunite Direct but wanted to post to this thread in case I might need to get in touch with Snow White.
After viewing ImA4Wheelr’s very nice review of the ThruNite Archer 1A V3 I’m not sure I want to tackle the red locktite!
