Hi all
This is sofirn if23 pro torch and one part of main led is always on like poor moon light despite of device is off.
I tried 3 different battery and directly type c cable plugged without battery but problem still exist.
Problematic led part also flickering sometimes.
Is there anyone else who has had same problem and solved it?
I received an IF23 Pro earlier and also encountered this. I’m not sure when it started happening, but I noticed it after some testing at night. Some searching online suggested reflowing the emitter could help, but I’m not sure - it feels like like even when “off”, the driver seems to be supplying the tiniest bit of current to the front emitter…
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a fix for it. At the moment I’m periodically checking battery voltage to see what kind of long-term effect this would have on battery life.
Try cleaning threads, etc, as good as you can. I always use a piece of cloth with a BIT of aclohol, then a rerun with a dry piece of cloth. FYI, if possible, I always physically lock-out my lights when not in actual use (eg. holding in my hand).
