Sofirn SP33S not turning power off

Hello. I’ve suddenly noticed that one segment of XHP70.2 in my Sofirn SP33S keeps shining when the flashlight is turned off. After a series of switching light on and off that shining has faded. And now it is unnoticable in common conditions but in total darkness I still can see that segment is slightly shining. So, I unscrewed the head and found out that there is a voltage of 3.77V on the diod. Did someone have this issue ? I guess there should be no voltage on the LED when flashlight is tur…

I still have not dared to extract the driver.
