@Sofirn Thank you for replying. As someone has already replied, Anduril has this feature built in, where an rgb led on a switch indicates battery voltage. Since the light is running three cells in parallel, this should work without a problem.
I’m all for a redesign, in fact if you want to modernize the light, extend it a bit and make it take 3x21700 cells.
But seriously, boost driver to make the light hyper efficient, rgb indicating led in the switch, and possibly an updated led (that I personally don’t care as much about) and you could charge more for the light and generate a lot of excitement surrounding the SP36.
Call it version 2.0, call it the sp36 Omega, call it something else entirely, but I think it would sell well.
