no, this is not the 2019 model w no tailswitch.

There are no Trit slots in this model
however, both 2020 and 2019 models use the same driver, and you can operate the light Im selling entirely from the control ring if you like.
Operation with tailswitch is optional. The tailswitch is a forward clicky, which means it offers Momentary use at any preset output on the rotary dial. The tailswitch also provides optional Last Mode Memory, IF You choose to turn the light off by the tailswitch, without turning the dial all the way down to off.
