True, but I was expecting the sliding contacts to add to the resistance, not eliminate it. A reading of 13 would seem to indicate almost no contact resistance. I can live with the occasional quirks considering the price. Just thought it was worth mentioning in case others encounter the same issues. I should probably consolidate these observations to one of the charger threads.
