"Swiss Army Knife" of torches/flashlights?

Victorinox signature lite.
There are many such things, but most are junk.

A lithium ion battery, lighter fluid, and an open flame walk into a flashlight. What could go wrong?

Let me know…

How about a real swiss army flashlight- the Victorinox Midnight Manager ? I also had an old 2AA Victorinox flashlight, back from the luxeon days, that has had a SSC P4 in it for the last 10 years. Great light, just super dated at this point. Somewhat unique in that the batteries go in backwards, negative first.

Victorinox has many models equipped with small LED lights, such as:

- Card size: Swisscard Lite

- 85mm size: Swiss Lite, Signature Lite, Midnight Manager, Midnight Mini Champ, etc.

  • 91mm size: Spartan Lite, Huntsman Lite, Traveller Lite, Cybertool Lite, Mountaineer Lite, Voyager Lite, Expedition Lite, etc.

The Vic Midnite Manager is a great suggestion. I replaced my original red led with a 3mm warm white equivalent.

Nice spill and tint, man

Thanks,

It really suprised me how close it compares, to my eye, to the warm Yuji 5mm led .

At some point I want to give this mod a try. A infinitely variable Midnite Manager appeals to me.

I only ever see LEDs shoved into tools.

Best multi tool i know of is this:

Very customisable
