Been reading about tab-less batteries being more common in power tools. I have seen some videos but not really convinced yet with the exception of very few circumstances.
Anyone have any experience with them and would like to share feedback?

I’m curious too but it’s complicated. They’re possibly beneficial to certain tools, in certain situations (e.g. a given circular saw may cut a 2x4 fine with any battery, but tabless will make a difference when doing long rips on thick sheets).
So whether tabless does anything special is part of the equation. The other part is what tool/battery setup you have now is for comparison. If you’re going from the most basic battery then tabless would seem amazing, but so would other upgrades. If you have the next-best battery to tabless, then it may not be a big jump.
And all of this is not only tool-specific but also brand specific, of course. Are there certain tool/battery setups you have now that you’re wondering about for comparison to tabless?
Well said, in the video comparison the low end battery was 20% less powerful than the tab-less. Whereas the high end (non tab-less) was at most 2% less powerful (in most cases even) than the tab-less.
