75 to 85% State of charge Target.
15.5-15.8 operating voltage range.
Even though fully charged is 16.8 volts. Tesla doesn’t want it to be fully charged. It is not normally heated or cooled however it appears that they do put a load on it to get some heat in before it is allowed to be charged when it is cold. They have been used in race cars for a few years now. I had one in my drag truck when I was still racing.
