This is a high current battery with protection.

The battery has no problem delivering 7A, but the protection does reduce the output voltage, compared to unprotected batteries.

Adding protection to the cell, makes it easier and safer to use it, but performance is lower than unprotected cells.
The battery is a very good battery.

Thanks for the review. These are the first of the CGR18650CH that I've seen with protection circuit.

Do you have any data regarding low-voltage cutoff ? Thanks.

No, but it is probably between 2 and 2.5 volt.

Thanks so much! Frontpage’d and Sticky’d.
