They have probably asked at some time, but not about that battery and they are not following the conditions I told:
I always say people are welcome to use chart and images from my website, as long as they include a link to my website or the actual review.
Generally I do not try to keep my data for myself. I do frequently get questions about access to the raw data for a few cells (Often students doing a project) and they always get them. Somebody asking for all my raw data got a no.
