Yeah i think my main charge leads, soldering and the rare earth magnets might make a slight diffrence, but still good for reference as 0.1 volt is not much.
Im not confindent DX will maintain sending out good cells and it might end up like the trustfire flame 18650,s they where selling.
The cell i tested i belive is a 100% geniune cell, i have pulled apart the cell to confirm, to see pictures of the cell i tested and striped look here (Manafont cell not DX)
