Since whomever is the 4th place finisher in the modified light category would get the last prize (I think I counted 12 total) and the 4th place position is tied between myself and @Skylight, who is going to get a prize?

I’m up next for my bronze medal in the hand made category.
First of all, thank you BLF and all those that continue to honor the wonderful man Old Lumens!
Second, I am very honored to have won the bronze in the hand made category. I had a lot of fun creating my canister light and will continue to use it for many years to come.
Third, I really liked reading all posts from the contestants this year. I learned a lot and was inspired by the imagination and knowledge of what was done.
Forth, I’m already thinking about what I may do next year.
Fifth, I want to give a shout out to @MtnDon! To even be next in line in the competition with him is a reward in itself since I’ve always been in awe with his work over the years!
So after many hours contemplating the prizes, I’ve decided on the Nealsgadgets NLIGHTD E1 with a Nichia 519A 4500K LED. It looks like a great EDC flashlight and easily modded if I wanted to (which will probably happen to slice the LED depending on the tint 
).

Thank you for the contest. I started late this year and am happy with my last minute project.

Speaking of the Peoples Choice Award, since this was just asked in the thread… I have to ask something that I’ve just noticed. It relates to last year’s OL Challenge, but it’s still relevant to this year, so I posted it here.
I won the Peoples Choice Award last year.
The text for the 11th Challenge clearly states this:
But I never received a “special prize” back then. There were no more PNs or anything else after that, and nothing else was written in the voting thread. I didn’t have that on my screen because other private things then took priority, but that’s… interesting.
Is there no prize (anymore) for the Peoples choice, and is the sentence in the description still from some years before, or what happened there? @The_OL_Contest can you clear things up a bit? 
If there is a problem and if the light I selected has not been shipped yet I would like to toss that into a People’s Choice pot and give us all a chance to win it. I should have done as YuvalS did and turned down the prize as I honestly do not Need another light. I have not noticed any serious gaps in my personal flashlight inventory.

I had a look at the first post in this topic and yes, it is stated that there should be a poll for a People’s Choice award as a part of this year’s Challenge. I am guessing that we need to exhibit some patience.
