I got to meet Minoru Tanaka at Gfest in Chicago.
I have bought crabs off AliExpress but have always wanted to support him. US Amazon for anihtol isn’t working, but I contacted him on IG hoping he’d ship a bunch from Japan . He said he could ship cheaper from the show…in Chicago!
He was 30 minutes away!!! So I got to meet him and picked up a bunch! Very nice guy!
He does these shows all over the world, maybe near you! $5 for a hand painted crab.
Note, I Immediately ‘adjusted’ one crabs claws. This is a bad bad move. The way they are made they have strength, once you move the arms they can sag under a flashlight. They get flimsy.
The ones I didn’t touch held their lights all night. The shrimp and crab I messed with? They fall over in 20 minutes. Attempting to reinforce with crazy glue in the corners
