XTAR UL1 is 180 Lumens per the packaging in Turbo mode but it steps down to 120 Lumens after 5 minutes and who can see the difference between 180 and 200 Lumens any way? 
Considering that on Amazon the best Xtar price I found was about the same as the RavPower unit then the Xtar is the best buy unless you are buying a unit as a basis for modification. The RavPower looks to be a easier modification candidate though the LED has no visible heat sinking.
I realise this thread is getting a bit long in the tooth, but is there anything out there that is better than the XTAR UL1?
I want to have something to use as an emergency backup utilising my xiaomi 10400mah powerbank.
