It might be already known by a lot of people, but for me it was a new discovery, the r/flashlight_deals Reddit. I just browsed it a bit and I saw some really good deals of which I tried one (to see if it actually was a real deal) and that made me end up with a Lumintop ThorII Titanium LEP, for just under € 70,-!
I’ve only taken a quick look, but there appear to be other really good deals, if the stated prices are true.

It is already on a really good flash sale for around € 17,- (ex. shipping), but the code (FIN2007) takes another few $ off!
It’s almost as cheap as just a M21B host from Convoy directly, but now with an expensive LED and driver.

Unfortunately BangGood is a NO GO for me.
I’ve been shafted by their “Customer Service” too many times.

Looks like all the deals are posted by one person, and they’re all mostly for Banggood.
I didn’t find any deals that appeal to me, but it still looks like a good resource for most flashlight enthusiasts. 
There are also some Aliexpress deals listed, but most of it is Banggood.
I absolutely prefer Aliexpress over Banggood, but sometimes I make exceptions if deals are extremely good. When I order it, I just assume I ordered it and accepting I got no warranty.
Fortunately I haven’t got any issues so far and luckily no experience with Banggood CS!

The Lumintop POWER SBT90.2 flashlight with included 46950 battery; still not a cheap light, but with the coupon code in the link below it’s WAY cheaper than I can find it anywere else at the moment.
I checked and for me it would be around € 130,- incl. shipping. For comparison: the Lumintop Official Store on AE has it currently listed for € 275,- and Neals Gadgets has it priced at $ 305,99.
So it appears to be a really good price as far as I can tell.
