difference is THAT……… if a selled promote a coupon for an item, the coupon is INSTALTLY active…… and this is the right section.

but if a member have to find 20/30/50 person interested to buy an item and THEN to presend the list to the seller to OBTAIN a lower price with coupon………….this is NOT the right room. just because there is NO SECURE DEAL if minimum person is not found
