Ther official site has some intresting Christmas deals.Im tempted,but ile see how you guys get on with the replys to your TIs malfunctions & quality.I hope Thrunite are responsive and sort the blip in quality.I do like the ThruNite Neutron 2C.Ther about £55 here.Ther less than half that price on ther site now.

Hmmm. The blue one on my keyring (from a batch direct from Thrunite) works fine, and is a good light. All the last batch, I felt, had pretty crappy threads. Only the black one didn’t work, but I’ll have to clean & lub the rest before giving them away. I think that they must have scaled up production of the Ti - they seem to be selling them by the cartload - and quality control seems to suffering.

I notice that Thrunite now only have a couple of lights on the US eBay.com now. That exercise didn’t last too long.

Ones I got a week or so ago seem alright; Some of the threads on the lights seem a bit rough though, the black one I have works flawlessly (Smooth threads). Some cleaning and lube improved it but didn’t fix the issue. Anyways they all work fine although some take a bit more effort to get into high mode.

Update - received my replacement lights, all 3 of them, they work flawlessly, love them!

BTW, the black light started to work just fine after leaving it off for one day, but it takes lots of twisting to switch into high mode, the same goes for green one. Pink one is still not working, but I received replacement, so I might use its body to mix colors :D!
