TIR lens? 2700k Sofirn SP40A truck light

Hi there ,been awhile and I knew i needed a right angle light for riding around in my pick up truck. Esp. Since my truck has 230k miles on it and will need more TLC every year.
My question is in the interest of impulse light shopping i picked a 2700K with a TIR lens? and had to use existing supply of 18650 batteries.

Hello. I didn’t quite understand the question.
For repair and maintenance , I advise you to take a flashlight with 5000k-5700k.
This is from my personal experience.
Tir lens - ok.
Pay attention to two other models Sofirn HS41 and Wurkkos hd20, which have also proven themselves very well in the maintenance.

Never had a TIR lens light. Yellow hue is fine since its for close usage like seeing inside a engine compartment.
The single cr123 tube is def plus to this light kit.
Yeah I normally would go for a higher number K and a Nichia or hot led, but im happy with this new light.

I have a couple surefire HA C2 and C3 cell lights with brass led dropins from Malkoff designs. One wide and one spot beam. Those are my safe

When 4sevens put out so many budget high lumen lights i bought afew of those lights in diff cell sizes.
From that point on I was like a baby chick.
CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP.
THE SOFIRN SP40A TIR is a nice 20 dollah truck EDC.
My first that has an onboard charger plug!
