I don’t think this necessarily is a bad thing. A lot of men wouldn’t really want it. But personally I think it would be good for my wife and mother to have one. Depending on if the voltage is high enough.

I’ve been tased with 50,000 and 100,000 volts. Part of training in the Marines 100,000+ is the way to go. Burns like hell feels like the devil himself is scortching you

Police tasers are usually around 30,000 volts. Some maybe 50, tbays why you hear stories about the taser not working. If someone is really determined and the barb stick isn’t the best 30,000 volts won’t stop a determined attacker some of the time. Everyone responds differently. Now 100,000 volts will make you stop whatever your doing

And unless a attacker has a fire arm usually the sound of a taser will deter someone. They do have their place. I see the usefullbess.

Say your wife or mother, grandmother etc comes home late at night can use the little bit of light it puts out to find the right key and if someone comes to get behind her for forced entry or steal the purse all they have to do is turn and stick them with it and down they go. And can get away and call the police.

The police are only good for after the act. During your encounter your on your own. Whether the cops find them down or you down is up to you
