Tropical Storm Flossie

I hope all my fellow Hawaiian BLFers are prepping for Flossie!

I have nearly finished topping off all my batteries, and getting everything else around here ready.

You can watch a continually updated infrared satellite image of the islands here: http://www.prh.noaa.gov/hnl/satellite/Hawaii_IR_loop.gif

And here are a handful of webcams to watch the storm impacting:

Stay safe!

My collection isn’t really that massive, I have approximately:

20x 18650
2x 14500
2x 26650
20x Eneloop
20x other nimh AA/AAA
50x+ Alkaleaks AA/AAA

and an assortment of chargers.

I usually keep them relatively topped off, so it didn’t take all that long, excluding that damn SRK, why does it have so much parasitic drain? (maybe I just use it more often)

Oh, and +1 on the non LSD, lesson learned here too… I feel like giving them away and just buying more Eneloops.

I only have like 15 18650s…

Howzit Chigger, every battery topped off, Honda generator filled, 4 10 gallon gas cans filled, all vehicles topped off, more than 100 gallons of water ready to be used to cook, drink, etc. Propane tanks filled, water catchment system outside to collect rainwater to flush toilets, and everything secured down. Remember the last time there was a big earthquake that hit the islands that knocked out the power for a couple days. We were paralyzed on Oahu, because it caught everyone off guard. I learned from that one.
