True Utility products? Any experience with them?

As I was looking at their firestash and cashstash keychain…

I spotted some Sipik SK68 wannabe?

The LEDs looked like those 5mm terrible LEDs?

I was planning to find some angled hosts for some mods and these seemed pretty good.
No idea bout the internals tho~ Looks like plastic reflector too

:quest: :weary: :quest:

they are displayed on the big airport such as changi. the keyring accessories are decent in built quality and function.
never get hands on the led products.

Yes, looks like they are using those cheap unknown LEDs.

These flashlights don’t look any good to me, they are just some overpriced stuffs.

They are ok’ish. Often find them in places like Halfords and outdoor shops in the UK.

Sort of pricey, but look shiny. The packaging is OTT in a heavy weight plastic sealable looking container.

Personally I would say avoid unless you inspect in person and are happy with it.

My first LED torch was True Utility. It’s actually ok and was a long time back. But even so, it uses a cheap switch cheap AAA carrier. The shiny finish just makes it look better.

But it was quite bright and floody for the time period when I was given it.

But overall they are budget parts marketed and sold at mid to premium prices.

I have a few of their knives, awful, steer clear and buy a cheap SanRenMu instead.
I’ve had a couple of the torches, they put out the darkness is about all you can say about them.
