TS 10 series won't continue and now in clearance

I watched the live streaming of Sofirn account and it seems that they won’t continue the TS10 series which is famous for this high CRI and Anduril system.
Any guys know the details or discussed with their marketing team?

Do you mean Wurkkos? Because their TS10SG is on sale now for $13.99.

Yes, TS10SG is on sale now.

Why would Wurkkos discontinue the series that is without a doubt the most popular?
If they replace it with a new TS10 series with USB-C charging, I would appreciate. But just discontinue? I only have 7 TS10’s right now, that’s obviously not enough!

3 Thanks

I do not know whether only the max version will discontinue or all the TS10 series.

I thought this had already been discussed, but it was on Reddit. Pretty sure TS10 is on sale now prior to discontinuation.

I only have one and don’t really need another one, but was wondering if I should order more at the sale price.

I’ve had the same thought multiple times pretty much since release. The copper ones came in at about $20 each so I grabbed two more, then an orange 4000K, then a blue SG.

The 3 coppers have amber/orange filters on and are used as candles in flicker mode.

I’m not sure where the 2 orange ones are, haven’t seen them in a while. But I have spares! :hugs:

It probably doesn’t help that the nichia 519A have been discontinued

I have 3 TS10SG.. I like them as a modding platform

here is a photo album showing the modding process.

(the stock LED is cool white, which has great throw outdoors.. but I always prefer High CRI)

I also update the firmware to a newer Anduril version.

I really like that they arrive w a USB-C battery:

atm the price is actually $20 shipped w tariff..

I like my Wurkkos TS 10 with CSP2323 4000k LED very much. Not Nichia B35AM class tint, but still excellent to my eyes.

But… I do not like the drastic cut in output to 800 lm in v2 of this light. Duv becomes more positive and tint green at lower outputs with this LED. Is there version 1 TS10 available anywhere?

Does anyone have a v1 CSP2323 4000k you want to sell?

The 519A has not been discontinued. It has been updated a few years ago and is still in production and recommended (NVSW519A-V1).

not that I know of

cut in output to 800 lm in v2 of this light.

that cut is 50% FET firmware based

options:

  1. TS10 V2, you could reflash to 100% FET firmware after replacing the new CSP LEDs with E21a
  2. TS10 V2, you could reflash to 100% FET firmware after replacing the new CSP LEDs with DeDomed 519a
  3. TS10SG comes w 100% FET firmware, and is compatible with 519a LED swap on the stock mcpcb
  4. D3AA comes w 100% (nonFET) firmware (no need for LED swaps)
  5. KR1AA will also come w 100% (nonFET) firmware (no need for LED swaps either)

if no one here offers you one, suggest placing a WTB ad on Reddit

Ahhh, I was looking at the spec sheet for their 519A base model, didn’t pay attention to the date nor the model. Thanks!

Does the TS10SG or TS10 V2 have a low power aux mode and proper LVP so that aux can actually stay on without draining the battery quickly, like a Hanklight? I was pretty disappointed with my HD10, but that was a while ago.

yes

if you use Low Aux, the drain will take about 8 months to drain the battery. I keep Aux on Low with my TS10 V2 and TS10SG lights.. not a problem

otoh, if you use High Aux, the drain will take less than 1 week to drain the battery, imo running High Aux 24/7 is not a good idea, but yes, there is still LVP

Thanks Jon. Question pls: Not all TS10 V2 has FET 50% right? Do I understand correctly that V2 was released in January 2024, whereas FET 50% was applied around January 2025?

I have enought Nichia lights and am mainly interested in CSP2323 4000k with 100% FET. There are a bunch on eBay. I know better than to use my Vapcell H10 this time LOL.

iirc

lowfet firmware first came out in special firmware version dated 0000-2024-04-20, first used in the Copper TS10 V2,

I think you can safely assume that any firmware earlier than 2024-04-20 is not lowfet

for example any TS10 V2 that shipped w firmware 2023-07-29 is not lowfet..

iirc you fried the CSP on one of those.. and your replacement arrived w 2024-04-20

The TS10 Max is discontinued. The whole TS10 series… I don’t think so, right? I mean, these lights sell pretty well. You don’t have so many small firerods available.

Well, I think I have the complete collection if they discontinue. So…

From what Wurkkos said in one of the threads here the TS10MAX is discontinued only in it’s current setup. It will return with a regulated driver soon
