Ultra Budget "Granny" Headlamps?

Recent power outage, I gave my 89yo neighbor an Ozark trail headlamp. Ultra Ultra light, Single big button on the front, single mode, probably 30 lumen. Would prefer rechargeable to coin cells, but either is fine. This beauty was $2 and I want to have a few similar lights around. I own about 30 headlamps, many are ‘budget’ but none are as cheap and simple as what I gave away…

Searched amazon w/ a price limit of $5 but that didn’t produce anything similar. Maybe somebody knows of some on Ali or elsewhere?

When my little lady got home today, she was way ahead of me, and had picked up 4 of what I gave away to the neighbor, probably because I gave away hers!

So simple and lightweight.

I should weigh it - maybe 1/8 of a nitecore nu25? (without headbands).

All of us would like a lower mode, and a higher mode. But, the lumen.rating seems accurate enough for a blackout.

The switch is huge and easy to push.

Interestingly? the usual sliding cover for the coin cells is absent, there is a tiny screw.

I like that…crappy sliding cover wont pop off and the batteries fall out…in the dark.

But, maybe that makes it disposable for the very elderly.

Two headlamps per gallon of gas…at least something is still inexpensive.

When they go on sale I have bought these for passing out to the unprepared, it gives them a light and me an excuse to check on them and let them know that I am available if they need anything, or to come to my house if they are getting cold.

I’ve always thought the Streamlight Bandit was good for normal people. Floody illumination for indoor use, rechargeable, passable for casually walking at night (wouldn’t advise for actual trail use imo), cheap enough, reputable brand.
There’s cheaper versions of the same idea, too
